Straight from the horse's mouth
I know, I know. I shouldn't be blogging. I should be studying. Here's my hand; you can slap it. It won't help much though because the problem is that I enjoy blogging particularly when I should be doing something else. It's my second last night before the last exam and I haven't studied much yet. Procrastination is so much more fun. Besides, Homer Simpson made a valid point about learning:
"How is education supposed to make me feel smarter? Besides, every time I learn something new, it pushes some old stuff out of my brain. Remember when I took that home winemaking course, and I forgot how to drive?"
I wouldn't want that to happen to me. Having said that though... the home winemaking course sounds tempting.

Slapping your hand sounds tempting.
Others can make far superior wine than I. But Homer is right, if you don't use a particular knowledge, memory of it fades. One remembers what's important.

I think you are doing a FAB Job and I am soooooo happy for you...Wine courses? I want to take one..Perhaps...I should add that to a list of things to do or would like to do....

Wine course.... don't need a Frenchman to tell me how to quaff a cheeky little Western Australian Sav Blanc. Or how to make it for that matter. I know how to use a bottle opener (and yay for screw caps).

I'm not going to slap your hand for blogging...hell I'm worried about all this Graduating and moving on business...I am--and here's why...
You are going to Graduate (hooray) then take a short time off for dancing/drinking/heartbreaking/reading anything but a text book...maybe post once in awhile...then what? Get a job? Unless you're a professional slacker like myself and completely avoid my responsibilities to spend my day reading and writing on blogs while getting paid...we will never see you...and that makes me sad. Say it isn't so Bettina...don't get to "grown up" please.

Jerry- No need to worry. I already work full time and have been studying at night. So finishing the study doesn't mean moving on to a more time-consuming schedule, but to a less time-consuming schedule. And I will never get too grown up, don't you worry.
