i've had a cow before.
it's similar to having a fit
or flipping out.
i don't overreact often.
when i do, i consume
the hair of the dog,
aka a hangover remedy.
(it's also called having
the hair of the dog that bit you)
therefore, "have a dog" means
it's time to consume alcohol.
