Yes, this is it, our beautiful new apartment... I'm in love with it. I feel like a million bucks when I'm there. Check it out. Isn't it amazing?

- That is one hell of a GORGEOUS apartment!!!
- Simply adore your "friendly neighborhood" parrots
- Would kill to get to prepare dinner in a kitchen privy to views like that..
- And the "you must appear more drunk you piece of junk" quote still cracks me up ;)
